Five Star Food Service, a premier breaktime solutions provider, is in search of a self-driven individual that thrives in a dynamic, growth-focused work environment. The successful candidate will join a team at one of the industry’s fastest growing operators! The role will be responsible for the coordination and management of the company’s retail digital signage network and other marketing-related projects.
Essential Functions
- Partner with the Manager of Marketing Operations to execute projects, most specifically retail promotions
- Collaborate with Director of Creative Services and Graphic Designers to coordinate promotional ad content
- Maintain content exceptions by outlet and category for micro markets and vending retail locations
- Utilize cloud-based content management systems to manage, maintain, and deploy digital signage content
- Coordinate with field operations to manage digital signage & POS network and ensure accuracy of content
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company’s marketing tech stack and databases * * Assist in the execution of projects related to the retail customer experience (surveys, retail pricing, etc.)
- Assist in the reporting and analysis process for marketing related projects including surveys and promotions
- Aid in the coordination and execution of company-wide, community, and Feeding the Future events
- Additional related duties, responsibilities, and projects are subject to assignment
Preferred Qualifications, Education, Experience, & Traits
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field (Marketing, Business, Entrepreneurship, Communications, etc)
- One (1) or more year(s) marketing project management experience [preferred, but not required]
- Proficiency using cloud-based software and all Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening skills and a passion for customer service excellence
- High levels of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and complete on deadline
- Ability to be proactive and take initiative with limited need for guidance on projects
- High levels of self-directedness, determination, persistence, and optimism
