Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a Lead Warehouse Associate to join our team in Dothan, AL! If you have warehouse experience, a strong work ethic, and leadership skills, this is your chance to grow with a leading breakroom solutions provider.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and support the warehouse team in daily operations
- Receive, stock, and organize products efficiently
- Ensure accuracy in order picking and loading for deliveries
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment
- Assist with inventory management, including Wednesday inventory day
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior warehouse experience required (leadership experience a plus!)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team player with great communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work a Sunday - Thursday schedule with flexibility on Wednesdays
