Five Star Breaktime Solutions is a leader in providing workplace refreshment services including vending, coffee, water, and micro-markets. We’re currently seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Pensacola, FL.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse associates to ensure productivity and accuracy
- Oversee receiving, storage, picking, and shipping of inventory
- Ensure warehouse is organized, clean, and compliant with safety standards
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular cycle counts, and reduce shrink
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in warehouse operations
- Coordinate with route drivers, sales, and service teams to support delivery needs
- Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments
- Train and develop warehouse team members for growth and success
- Use warehouse management systems and other technology tools to optimize operations
Qualifications:
- 3 years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Working knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management systems preferred
- Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
