Five Star Breaktime Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Fleet Administrative Support to support our operations team by managing vehicle maintenance schedules and processing insurance claims. If you're highly organized, have a knack for tracking data, and enjoy working behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly, we’d love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Track and schedule preventive maintenance for a large fleet of service vehicles
- Maintain accurate vehicle records, including mileage, service history, and inspection reports
- Process and follow up on vehicle insurance claims, ensuring timely resolution
- Collaborate with drivers, service managers, and vendors to coordinate repairs
- Monitor vehicle compliance with safety regulations and company standards
- Assist with vehicle registrations, renewals, and documentation
- Maintain fleet databases and provide reporting as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Experience with fleet software or maintenance tracking systems is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Previous experience in fleet, logistics, or transportation is preferred
