Responsibilities

- Assist in menu planning and preparation for banquets and special events.
- Manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback to foster growth.
- Collaborate with management to implement policies and procedures that enhance service quality.
Skills
