Server/Cold Prep (Shaw Industries 72)

Full-Time Monday-Friday 6am-2pm

3rd Shift Server/Cashier responsibilities include:

• Handling cash and operating register.
• Keeping dining/register area stocked and cleaned.
• Serving and plating menu items requested by customers.
• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Maintain high standards of food quality by inspecting ingredients for freshness and proper storage, monitoring cooking temperatures, and ensuring that finished dishes meet Five Star's quality standards.
• Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels of food supplies, informing supervisors when stock is running low or ingredients are needed.
• Assist with incoming deliveries and help to put items away.
• Adhere to proper food safety and sanitation procedures, including cleaning and sanitizing workstations, equipment, and utensils.

Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required
• Must be able to lift 25lbs ; on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, stoop on a frequent basis.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Work around others in close quarters.
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe Certification.
• Must be able to consent to a drug screen.
• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.
