Call Center Sales Representative – Job Description Job Summary :

Our client base comprises household brand names and Fortune 500 companies specializing in home services trades such as painters, plumbers, electricians, and other home service trades. We simply set appointments on their behalf.
You will assist franchise owners with organizing their day and handling incoming calls to schedule appointments. Excellent phone skills, data entry, and verification of information are essential. A Call Center Sales Representative is responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone to promote and sell products or services for the pest control brand Mosquito Shield. They handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, answer questions, and close sales while ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities :
- Reports to the shift coordinator and the sales support manager
- Follow all company policies and processes.
- Remain available on all Slack Message chats in real-time.
- Must make an effort to remain up to date on all the products and services that their organization offers
- Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed-upon procedures
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy
- Convert calls into appointments and / or sales
- Up-sell and suggestive sales on every call
- Meet customer requirements through first-contact resolution
- Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file
- Communicate effectively with individuals / teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
- Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party
- Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and / or improve productivity
- Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
- Occasionally use decision-support tools to answer questions
- Solve problems that are sometimes unstructured and that may require reliance on conceptual thinking
