Our Digital Transformation Specialist will be responsible for managing our CRM software, managing our online recruiting program, overseeing digital marketing efforts, optimizing SEO campaigns and spearheading AI research, development and pilot initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM and digital marketing with foundational training in AI. The goal of this new position is to ensure the organization is at the forefront of new technologies that lead to business process improvement and economic efficiency. The Digital Transformation Specialist will manage incoming leads (client prospects, applicants and partner inquiries) and ensure follow-up by the appropriate team.
This position is 100% in office in Chantilly, Va. Local candidates only. No relocation.
Duties
CRM Management
Oversee the implementation, maintenance and optimization of CRM software.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM system.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
Train users to be productive with CRM and demonstrate organizational ROI.
Manage integrations with legacy software, such as Homecare Homebase, eRSP and ADP.
Online Recruiting
Enhance the company's online recruiting presence through strategic use of digital platforms.
Implement and manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
Develop and execute online recruitment marketing campaigns to support business goals.
Digital Marketing
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies.
Manage online advertising campaigns, including PPC, display ads and social media marketing.
Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing performance vs budget.
SEO Optimization
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings.
Monitor and analyze website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content.
AI Initiatives
Lead the integration of AI technologies into various business processes.
Identify AI-driven improvements in customer experience and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with leaders to develop and deploy AI solutions from pilot to implementation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree digital marketing, healthcare IT or a related field.
Helpful to have experience with healthcare terminology and healthcare EMRs.
Experience in digital marketing and CRM solutions such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Understands best practices in social media marketing and SEO.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency and data analysis tools such as Tableau.
Self-motivated, self-directed, innate initiative with a requirement for very little directed management.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic start-up culture with a focus on innovation and adaptability.
