Five Star Home Services is seeking experienced customer services reps to join our team in our Xenia location. Previous Applicants and Candidates who have experience in the Home Services industry and with Service Titan are strongly encouraged to apply.

The Training Rate of Pay for individuals without any call center work history or less than 1 year of experience is $14 / hr. Contingent on successful completion of Training, the pay rate may be increased to $17 / hr.

Starting Rate of Pay for individuals with 1 year or more of relevant call center work history is $17.25 / hr. - $23 / hr.

We are currently looking to fill Evening and Weekend shifts but encourage all to apply.

Position Summary : The Customer Service Representative is the voice of our company. The CSR will be responsible for booking service appointments while promoting a professional award-winning Five Star Service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Interacts with customers via telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information on products or services.

Manages our Service Technicians' calendars through Service Titan.

Delivers the call scripts with an authentic cadence, being clear, compelling, and personable.

Takes Ownership / Responsibility, responds to our customer requests, and resolves the issue while promoting the brand.

Establishes a positive rapport with customers to promote repeat business.

Participates in training to boost booked appointments.

Adheres to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

Maintains and updates the customer database with complete and accurate information.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

Communication — The ability to inform orally and in writing, with clarity and favorable effect. To understand clearly and quickly when instructions or orders are received.

Customer Service — The ability to satisfy the expectations and requirements of customers. Identifies customer needs and explains services clearly and encourages questions to solidify the sale.

Attention to Detail — The ability to efficiently allocate your cognitive resources to achieve thoroughness and accuracy when accomplishing tasks, no matter how small or large.

Time Management — Concentrates their efforts on the more important priorities and getting more done in less time than others.

Attendance — The consistency that an employee exhibits by showing up for work and completing their normal work hours.
