We are currently looking for an exceptional Lead Installer to add to our Install Department. The ideal candidates would possess 2-4 years of HVAC experience and 3 years of Lead Installer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- EPA certification - Minimum of Type 2.
- HVAC Installation : 3 years" experience in a lead installation position.
- Must have a valid driver"s license.
- Must be 21 years old for commercial auto insurance purposes.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
- Highly motivated and organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communications.
- High integrity with advanced social skills and ability to make solid connections.
- Strong desire to be a better installer tomorrow than you are today.
- Able to lift 75 pounds, as well as crawl, walk, stand for extended periods.
- Able to work in tight spaces such as crawl spaces, furnace rooms, and attics.
- Able to work in all types of weather conditions such as hot, cold, rain, snow, etc. WE OFFER :
