As a Plumbing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing plumbing operations, effectively leading a team of 15-20 plumbers, and providing hands-on training to promote team development. Your day-to-day work will intersect with installation technicians, dispatch staff, and other department managers to ensure alignment and consistency across company verticals. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining meaningful and impactful relationships with customers, vendors, suppliers, and internal / external company representatives.
