Duties

- Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere for all students.
- Provide individualized attention to children based on their unique needs and learning styles.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss children's progress and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom space conducive to learning.
- Incorporate basic math concepts into daily activities to enhance children's understanding of numbers and problem-solving skills.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
Experience
- Previous experience in toddler care or preschool settings is preferred.
