Job Summary

Duties

- Provide attentive toddler care, ensuring the safety and well-being of each child.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and developmental milestones.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor children's progress in various developmental areas and adjust teaching strategies as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning.

Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is highly desirable.
