Answer phones, troubleshoot customer questions, sell rebuilds like a pro—all from a clean, cool shop with a crew that’s got your back.

You’ve lived outboards—Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Evinrude whatever—you get trim & tilt units inside out. Customers call with issues; you nail the fix, sell the service, keep ‘em boating. No randoms need apply—this gig demands your hard-earned know-how to shine day one.
