Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Paint Subcontractor located in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. The Paint Subcontractor will be responsible for performing high-quality painting work on various projects, preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring clean and professional results. Tasks also include maintaining equipment, adhering to safety guidelines, and providing excellent service to clients.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in painting techniques and surface preparation
- Experience with different types of paint, tools, and materials
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality finishes
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness for manual labor tasks, such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting heavy items
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
