**Job Summary:** We seek an experienced Amusement Park Operations Director to lead our team of talented attraction operators, technicians, and customer service employees at our Family Entertainment Center (FEC). This role is instrumental in planning, organizing, and implementing strategies that enhance park operations while ensuring a fun, efficient, and safe environment for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Supervise a diverse team of 15-50 employees, ensuring seamless daily operations and maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Conduct regular checks on attraction operators to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all attractions.
- Train and communicate regularly with Shift Lead and Front Desk Lead positions to align on goals and strategies.
**Requirements:**
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing talent and fostering a positive work environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence.
- Prior experience in Restaurant/Food & Beverage Management or a related field.
- Able to work weekends and holidays, up to 45 hours per week, available every weekend.
- A valid driver's license required.
**Compensation:** The estimated annual salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, depending on experience.
