Job Summary :
The Marketing Director is responsible for leading, developing, and executing highly targeted marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role reports directly to the SVP of Sales and Marketing. The role oversees the creation and management of digital campaigns, promotional content, and brand development strategies to ensure the effectiveness of park-level branding and marketing efforts. They will lead and mentor a team of brand managers while ensuring high standards in design, content quality, and data-driven decision-making.
Accountabilities :
- Produce ideas for promotional events or activites and organize efficiently.
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of Five Star's business activities.
- Conduct general market research to keep updated of recent trends and competitors movements.
- Become the organizations agent towards external parties such as media, stakeholders and clients and build strategic relationships.
- Participate in the development of branding and corporate identity initiatives.
