Job description
We are looking for a positive, upbeat specialist to assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, and answering questions about resident, vendors and owners accounts. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!
Responsibilities
- Maintain accounts with vendors
- Verify utility bills and continuous service agreements
- Process and enter invoices for payment
- Verify approval of invoices entered
- Accounts Receivable
- Process bank deposits
- Complete bank reconciliations
- Prepare and complete owner's statements each month
- Prepare and understand financial reports
- Answer questions from residents, vendors and owners about their accounts

- Active Driver’s License (company car will typically be available to use, but may need to use your own car)

Wages
- Team members with limited experience can make $13-$15 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
- This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule
This position will work during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, and occasional Saturdays.
