Responsibilities
- Project management, including preparing vacant units for rent
- Coordinating maintenance to be performed on occupied homes
- Overseeing property remodels and updates
- Managing vendors and contractors
- Ensuring compliance for homeowner’s associations
- Interacting with owners and residents
- Working with accounts receivable and payable
- Working with financial reporting

Wages
- Team members with limited experience can make $14-16 per hour plus benefits. Those with more extensive experience can make even more.
- This position could evolve into a supervisor or manager position.

Schedule
Multiple positions available for work during normal business hours, 9am-6pm, Monday through Friday.
