Rental Property Cleaning Agent

We are now accepting applications for a Property Cleaning Agent! We are looking for a positive, upbeat cleaner that fulfills the assigned work within the provided time frames. Thank you for your interest in becoming part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Professionally clean properties to Five Star Standard Expectations
• Track and maintain supplies provided
• Address Move in Issues for Cleaning, as needed
• Adhere to set deadlines for completion
• Maintaining our workflow standard process

• Driver’s License active and driving history in good standing (company car will typically be available to use, but may need to use your own vehicle at times with mileage reimbursement)
• Cell phone for timeclock, call, and texting usage

Wage

• $14-$16 per billable hour

Qualifications

• Past cleaning experience preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 25lbs
• This is a physical position you will be on your feet moving the duration of the shift
• While performing the duties of this job, frequently required to stand, walk, bend, and twist; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk and listen.
• Work safely in work conditions that include exposure to cleaning chemicals

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
