- Lead Production Teams: Lead and motivate production teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Develop and Implement Operational Plans: Develop and implement operational plans to meet production demands.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Collaborate with vendors to manage inventory levels and ensure smooth production.
- Ensure Compliance with Quality Management Systems: Ensure compliance with quality management systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 7 years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean or Six Sigma certifications (desired).
