Our client, an innovative leader in engineering and design solutions, is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee and enhance quality assurance processes. This is a confidential search for a strategic role within a fast-paced organization focused on delivering excellence in its products and services.

Position Summary :

The Quality Manager will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Quality Systems Management : Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with industry standards such as ISO and FDA regulations.
  • Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems, focusing on defect reduction, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Audits and Inspections : Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits, including those by regulatory agencies and customers.
  • Root Cause Analysis : Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Supplier Quality Management : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met, including conducting supplier audits and performance reviews.
  • Training and Development : Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to build a quality-focused culture.
  • Customer Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters and ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Leadership and Reporting : Lead the quality team, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and report quality metrics to senior management.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 7 years of experience in quality assurance or quality management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of quality standards, including ISO , ISO , and FDA regulations.
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining QMS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience with quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and root cause analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt) are highly desirable.
