Position Summary :
The Quality Manager will drive the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the company’s reputation for delivering high-quality products while fostering a culture of quality and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Quality Systems Management : Oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with industry standards such as ISO and FDA regulations.
- Regulatory Compliance : Ensure adherence to all applicable regulations, including FDA, ISO, and other relevant quality standards.
- Continuous Improvement : Lead initiatives to enhance quality processes and systems, focusing on defect reduction, process efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Audits and Inspections : Plan, execute, and manage internal and external audits, including those by regulatory agencies and customers.
- Root Cause Analysis : Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Supplier Quality Management : Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met, including conducting supplier audits and performance reviews.
- Training and Development : Provide training to staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to build a quality-focused culture.
- Customer Interface : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding quality-related matters and ensure their expectations are consistently exceeded.
- Leadership and Reporting : Lead the quality team, establish key performance indicators (KPIs), and report quality metrics to senior management.
