Some Duties and Responsibilities for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Supervise all clinical and administrative functions in the facility in conjunction with and assisting the DON Director of Nursing
Act as Infection Prevention Nurse and Spearhead employee education for the whole facility
Provide leadership and training to the nurse management team
Monitor and maintain facility's compliance with all pertinent State and Federal regulations
Oversight of the facility quality assurance process Ensure that individual rights and opportunity for choice exist for all residents
Requirements for Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) :
Must have a current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
Experience in performance management and effective leadership Proven leadership & management skills Strong verbal & written communication skills
Must maintain confidentiality regarding resident & CFSC proprietary information
Ability to relate professionally & work cooperatively with residents & staff at all levels
Strong knowledge of Point Click Care
