Cook Supervisor- Nursing Home West Chester Area
Full Time every other weekend
11 : 00 Am to 7 : 30 Pm
16-$19 an hour
ServeSafe is a plus but not required.
- Use standard recipes, prepare main entrée, starch, vegetable, soup and all other food items for resident meal, while maintaining optimal nutrition value.
- Use menu extension and census to prepare food in proper quantities and proper consistencies.
- Serve food from steam table or tray line while maintaining high standards of appearance.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation
- Maintain high standards of safety
- Supervise the dining services staff when supervisor, assistant dining service director or director is not present.
- Completes all other task as assigned.
- Able to make responsible choices and decisions, and act in the resident best interest.
Salary : $16 - $19
