Duties
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment and vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical problems using diagnostic tools such as an ohmmeter.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform repairs on vehicles, ensuring all work meets industry standards.
- Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in vehicle maintenance.
- Familiarity with using diagnostic equipment, including ohmmeters.
- Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to the trade.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues effectively.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
