Office Representative

Restaurant Servicing Company is looking for an enthusiastic individual to generate sales either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment as well as help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company. You will be responsible for influencing existing or potential customers to set up services. The ideal candidate is successful, friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customers’ requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs. A hard-working professional who can undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.

Responsibilities

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Persuade the customer to set services by demonstrating how or services meet their needs
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
• Perform office duties when needed
• Deal with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information

Requirements

• Proven experience as a sales representative or similar telemarketing/customer service role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. word, Excel) and telephone systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English/Bilingual a plus
• Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Patient and able to handle customer rejection
• High school diploma
