- Help residents with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Support residents with medication administration.
- Reposition residents in bed and escort them around the community.
- Toileting and incontinent care services.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Observe and report on residents' health issues efficiently and effectively.
- Daily reporting of resident needs to the nurse or designated charge person.
- Provide emotional support and serve as a source of comfort for residents and their loved ones.
- Nursing assessments, vital signs monitoring, physical examinations, and health status evaluations.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- A high school graduate or equivalent degree.
- A valid, unrestricted nursing license in the state.
- The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Effective time management skills.
