About the Role
The Director of Strategic Growth will define and drive Five Star Senior Living's market development plans to optimize admissions and census growth. This role collaborates closely with the Executive Director and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute sales strategies, meet activity standards, and demonstrate proficiency in sales reporting.
Key Responsibilities include hosting events to increase traffic in the community, providing training and orientation to front-line staff, and maintaining an active knowledge of current competition. The successful candidate will also be responsible for completing and maintaining the Five Star CRM for all potential residents and referral contacts within 24 hours of activity.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to run a sales department and motivate team members.
