We are currently seeking a Corrugator Maintenance Supervisor with a strong electrical background and a reliability-driven mindset to lead maintenance operations for our high-speed corrugator lines. The position reports directly to the Plant Manager and is a hands-on leadership role focused on maximizing equipment uptime, improving reliability, and ensuring safe electrical practices across the corrugator. You will lead a team of maintenance technicians, oversee troubleshooting and repair activities, and drive the implementation of preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Supervise and develop maintenance technicians, with emphasis on electrical troubleshooting and reliability practices.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs, including thermal imaging, vibration analysis, and condition monitoring.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including motors, 480V circuits, PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens), HMIs, VFDs, and control panels.
- Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards (NFPA 70E, OSHA) and internal policies (LOTO, PPE, arc flash).
- Coordinate with production and the Maintenance Coordinator to schedule maintenance with minimal operational disruption.
- Track work orders, equipment history, and PM compliance using CMMS Limble
- Monitor and improve reliability KPIs
- Support capital projects, controls upgrades, and long-term equipment improvement plans.
- Leadership skills including project communication with strong written and verbal skills
- Associates degree or certification in a related field preferred
- 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Proven expertise in electrical systems, motor controls, PLC troubleshooting, and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with OEM equipment such as BHS, Fosber, Marquip, etc.
- Strong understanding of reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), FMEA, and predictive tools.
- Ability to read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
