Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Solar Electrician to manage and oversee the electrical installation of solar systems for both residential and commercial projects. You will lead a team to ensure safe, efficient installations, while ensuring compliance with all industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the electrical installations of solar systems, including inverters, panels, batteries, and wiring.
- Ensure installations comply with the NEC and local electrical codes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues, ensuring safe and accurate installation practices.
- Train and mentor junior electricians to uphold industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of hands-on experience in solar electrical installations.
- Proven knowledge of solar electrical systems, including Enphase, Franklin, and Tesla batteries, and the NEC.
- Leadership experience with the ability to work independently.
- OSHA certification and other solar certifications (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
