Qualifications Include:
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, professional)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Ability to learn new computer software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Ability to meet deadlines with a positive attitude
- Ability to problem solve and stay self motivated
- Ability to lead and be a positive mentor within your team
- BA in Accounting or Business, required
- Five years accounting experience required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
- Proficiency in accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Experience in performing journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Understanding of accrual accounting principles
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Perform journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Prepare General Excise tax filings
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and variances
- Support month-end and year-end close processes
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes
- Attending all scheduled meetings
- Maintaining a positive and productive work setting

Pay: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
