Summary/Objective
Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.
Essential Functions
- Assist multiple teams by generating documentation to capture and meet contract deliverable requirements.
- Communicate findings and recommendations on initiatives to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis to support program and project development.
- Contribute to the creation and implementation of program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Enable communication, collaboration, and business analysis through business applications and processes.
- Ensure process documentation is created, maintained, and stored in a shared environment.
- Ensure timely distribution of required documentation and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
- Manage and support special projects and build and maintain data repositories.
- Manage program schedules for deliverables and key events and assist with program execution aligned with internal goals.
- Prepare and review monthly status reports, deliverables, and project timelines.
- Produce high-quality documentation for proposals, business cases, and solution recommendations.
- Serve as the direct point of contact for teammates, resolving program issues and managing relationships.
- Support business stakeholders with program tasks and collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams on solution planning, design, development, and implementation.
- Write and update internal and external documentation and manage the formal delivery of requirements.
.Required Education and Experience
- BA or BS in Business or STEM related field
- 5 years related experience in the Department of Defense or as a contractor
