Travel: 10%

Clearance: Department of Defense (DoD) Secret security clearance, or the ability to obtain one.

Summary/Objective

Five Stones Research Corporation (5SRC) is seeking energetic candidates to join our established and growing Huntsville-headquartered family.

Essential Functions

• Assist multiple teams by generating documentation to capture and meet contract deliverable requirements.
• Communicate findings and recommendations on initiatives to internal stakeholders.
• Conduct research and analysis to support program and project development.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of program goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
• Enable communication, collaboration, and business analysis through business applications and processes.
• Ensure process documentation is created, maintained, and stored in a shared environment.
• Ensure timely distribution of required documentation and monitor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Manage and support special projects and build and maintain data repositories.
• Manage program schedules for deliverables and key events and assist with program execution aligned with internal goals.
• Prepare and review monthly status reports, deliverables, and project timelines.
• Produce high-quality documentation for proposals, business cases, and solution recommendations.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for teammates, resolving program issues and managing relationships.
• Support business stakeholders with program tasks and collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams on solution planning, design, development, and implementation.
• Write and update internal and external documentation and manage the formal delivery of requirements.
• Required Education and Experience
• BA or BS in Business or STEM related field
• 5 years related experience in the Department of Defense or as a contractor
