A small Used Car Dealership is looking for an Office Assistant/ Customer Service personnel to join our Hazel Green office. The Office Assistant/ Customer Service personnel will play a critical role in maintaining a positive, welcoming and productive environment while collaborating with other team members, customers and vendors.

Job Responsibilities:
- Make and answer calls using proper phone etiquette.
- Receive customer payments, and maintain proper documentation.
- Communicate and work with other team members.
- Maintain efficient office records.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and anticipates needs.
- Provides excellent customer service while interacting with customers and vendors.
- Complete car sale paperwork and Title applications.
- Update and maintain detailed inventory.
- Other duties as needed.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma
- Customer service experience / Great computer skills a plus.
