We are seeking a CARDIOLOGY NP OR PA WITH EXPERIENCE, Bilingual Spanish Is Preferred to become a part of our team! You will focus on providing high quality patient care as part of a healthcare team.

Five Towns Heart Center is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with excellent clinical, computer skills and bed side manners. Full time or part time. NP or PA has to travel to a number of satellite locations. One location per day. Reliable vehicle is required. Locations are within 5 boroughs of NY, but mostly in Queens. Traveling allows for some flexibility in the schedule. This is a cardiology service with satellite locations, so TRAVEL IS REQUIRED. We offer excellent compensation and a completable benefit package. If one prefers working on a per diem or wants to work as an independent provider , it is also an option. Spanish speaking preferred.

Five Towns Heart Imaging is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with experience providing cardiovascular care. We offer excellent pay. Full time .Bilingual is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of NY

Master's Degree

3 years clinical experience providing cardiovascular care to patients

Excellent clinical and patient service skills

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

Enthusiasm to use new technology to deliver higher quality, more personal care

Can seamlessly shift from the clinical ‘day to day’ to designing and improving new processes and systems

Passion for making healthcare better - more accessible, higher quality, and more efficient

Duties and Responsibilities :

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will provide care to on-site clinics by conducting physicals, answering health related questions and ensuring an excellent and consistent patient experience through team based care

Assist with provider recruiting and screening, to help grow our physician network and make sure that it is composed of top tier clinicians who reflect our mission and values

Help improve provider training, making sure that providers are quickly and effectively brought up to speed to deliver an outstanding patient experience

Assist with quality assurance including chart reviews and assessing patient feedback

Work hand in hand with Operations, Product Development, and User Experience to improve on our systems and processes

Salary : $180,000.00 to $195,000.00 / year
