Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Management: Managing billing, budgets, payroll, and bookkeeping.
- Client Intake: Assist attorneys with client intake and onboarding – conflict checks, initial data collection, engagement agreements, and disengagement agreements.
- Legal Operations: Assisting attorneys with scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing client interactions.
- Communication: Facilitating effective communication within the firm and with clients.
- Policy and Procedure Implementation: Overseeing and improving firm policies, processes, and procedures.
- Operations: Manages the daily operations of information systems, equipment, office supplies, office services, and facilities.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
