Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote Fiverr as an employer of choice.
- Creatively source top-notch candidates via multiple sourcing channels and maintain a strong pipeline of talents while creating a great candidate experience
- Support recruiters by: screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews.
- Posts jobs to colleges/universities, LinkedIn, and other sources as needed
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates while continuously improving the candidate experience.
- Support campus recruiting efforts.
- Additional project work on an as needed basis
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles across various departments.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
