Summary
As a Site Coordinator at Fives, you will play a pivotal role in helping manage site operations, ensuring that new equipment is properly inspected and documented upon delivery. This position is essential for maintaining weekly and monthly site reports, document management and for providing organizational support as required by the Site Manager.
Responsibilities
- Oversee equipment deliveries and ensure conformance with Fives quality standards.
- Create reports in Excel or MS Word to track progress or data related to equipment, safety, logistics etc..
- Coordinate with project managers and team members to facilitate smooth workflow.
- Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress and any issues that arise.
- Provide support in training new staff members on site protocols and procedures.
- Proven experience in site coordination or project management within an industrial setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluent in MS Office Suite.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and/or electrical schematics.
