Panel Wireman

Fives Group is looking for a Panel Builder/Wirer in the Bowling Green, OH area.

What You Will Be Doing:

• The Panel Builder will be assembling and testing electrical control panels.

Job Description:

• Reading blueprints to layout electrical and pneumatic panels
• Debug and troubleshoot equipment
• Assemble and wire up panels according to electrical schematics
• Testing of hard wires and make sure that any issues are resolved
• Ensure correct parts are being used for assigned projects
• The Panel Assembler may also assist in other areas of the shop as needed

Qualifications:

• 1 years of panel building experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to operate fork lift/truck, crane, and other shop equipment
• Prior fabrication/assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Ability to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must have basic computer skills and be able to input data into various computer programs
• Ability to operate other machinery including saws, power tools, drill presses, sanders, and others

Education:

• Associate's Degree or technical certificate in a related field is helpful but not required
• A high school diploma or GED (or commitment to get GED) is required
