Key Responsibilities
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate sales managers for further development and closure.
- Research and identify key decision-makers within target accounts to generate interest.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospective customers.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of AddUp’s product portfolio, including features, benefits, applications, and pricing structures.
- Assist in drafting and managing customer contracts, including pricing and terms for parts and machines.
- Represent AddUp at industry trade shows and actively seek new business opportunities.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce) to manage and organize leads, opportunities, and customer communications effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in commercial sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Prior experience in additive manufacturing (AM) is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to provide solution-based selling to customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships and rapport quickly.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time for business-related activities.
