As a Manual Machine Operator at CITCO Tools, you will:
- Set-up and Operate: Manually grind synthetic diamond material following precise specifications.
- Inspect and Ensure Quality: Use an optical comparator to verify that each tool meets customer standards.
- Maintain Excellence: Uphold safety, quality, and production requirements.
- On-the-job training provided
- Familiar with working in a production shop setting
- Mathematically and mechanically inclined
- Ability to work with small and tight tolerance parts
- Manual dexterity is required for operating tools and equipment
- Must be physically able to operate required equipment
- Prolonged periods of standing required
- Self-motivated
