The Precision Machine Tools Service Technician will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone.
- Traveling to customer sites to provide demonstrations and service requirements on company-manufactured equipment.
- Installing, demonstrating, qualifying, repairing, or altering Fives machines and associated equipment independently in customer facilities.
- Performing routine maintenance and repairs on precision machinery.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to improve product design and functionality.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in machinery maintenance and repair.
- Excellent technical skills, including the ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid Driver's License and ability to obtain a passport.
