- A bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline is required, and proficiency in 3D parametric modeling and MS Office software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design reviews, including hazard analysis for assessing safety of designs as well as FMEA.
- Review, collect, and implement lessons learned.
- Provide technical guidance to peers and assigned team members.
- Address projects, assignments, and ideas with the 'big picture' approach, seeking the best solution.
