What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposal Manager position at Fives-S Group?
The Proposal Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire proposal process. This includes managing and coordinating the development, preparation, and submission of proposals in response to requests for proposals and tenders. The Proposal Manager will work closely with multiple departments, including project managers, estimators, legal, and senior management, to ensure that proposals meet client requirements, are competitive, and are delivered on time. The Proposal Manager will ensure that all aspects of the proposal process, from initial concept to final submission, are efficiently managed, ensuring high-quality content, compliance with requirements, and adherence to deadlines. This is a full-time office position that reports to a Vice President.
