We are currently seeking a Finance Director, who has the same desire to prove that industry can do it! This role is responsible for all financial aspects of company operations and strategic monetary business decisions. The Finance Director serves as the department head for the Finance team, providing oversight to the Controller and direction to the accounting team overall.
This role :
- Prepares budget forecasts, in coordination with the Executive Team
- Oversees the submission of monthly, quarterly and annual reporting to Fives Group
- Provides financial analysis and strategic fiscal oversight to the company and in support of the CEO and North American CFO
- Works alongside CEO and North America CFO to analyze and manage cash flow
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulatory compliance
- Updates and implements all necessary policies and accounting practices; improves the finance department’s overall policy and procedure manual, with the assistance of the Controller
- Provides support and financial consultation to Project & Departmental Managers
- Maintains business permits, insurance policies and tax jurisdiction set-ups
- Assists with auditing and maturing the process for project-level financial and cash flow projections
- Cross-trains and fills in for the Controller’s responsibilities as needed
- Manages and submits customer-required financial reporting
- Updates and implement company-wide finance / administrative related policies and procedures, in coordination with Executive Team

Compensation : The salary range for this position is $145,000.00 to $185,000.00 annually, with starting pay dependent upon qualifications.
