Fives Group is seeking a CAD Operator / Mechanical Designer for the Columbus, OH area.
Scope of Responsibility :
Drafting, detailing and design of industrial eqiupment of mechanical apparatus.
Updating red line drawings
Performing ECN (Engineering Change Notice)
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree program from four-year College or Associates in Drafting and Design Technology similar and 2 year's related experience.
Experience preferred :
- Specialized mechanisms.
- Machined weldments, structural components.
- Strong mechanical apptitude
- Organized, detailed thought process.
- Self-directed with excellent work ethic and strong time-management skills.
- Ability to work in a timely manner and accurately.
- Ability to share ideas and work with other professionals.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- 3D CAD design skills (SolidWorks)
- 2D CAD design skills with AutoCad.
- Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
