- Manage key corporate customer accounts, ensuring strong relationships and satisfaction.
- Lead efforts to identify and close strategic opportunities in service and maintenance.
- Plan, design, and coordinate customer solutions based on short- and long-term needs.
- Oversee projects from initial contact to completion, managing all phases efficiently.
- Ensure engineering projects meet technical, quality, and deadline requirements.
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and participate in bidding processes. Primarily focused on steel, with opportunities to work on other projects as needed.

- 5 years of related construction experience.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in business development.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel up to 50% with potential for additional travel as required.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software. Previous experience in project engineering and managing corporate accounts.
