About the Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.
We're looking for a dynamic and experienced leader to join our Services department and lead a team of Solution Architects at Fivetran. In this role, you will lead a group of technical experts who collaborate with customers to deliver seamless onboarding, provide strategic guidance on architecture design and implementation, resolve technical challenges, and drive product adoption and growth-all contributing to enhanced customer success and net revenue retention.
You will play a critical role in driving team performance, fostering technical excellence, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data engineering, cloud platforms, and customer-facing roles, combined with proven leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high-performing team.
This full time, hybrid position will report to the Director of Services, North America and will be located in our Oakland, CA office in the US.

- Fivetran
- Cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- On-premise and cloud databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server, Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.)
- Programming languages such as Python, SQL
- Container management software including Kubernetes, Docker, and Podman
- Basic bash / shell scripting
