existing clients. This includes:

The Client Relationship Associate’s role utilizes the following disciplines, and an understanding of each is
required. Two to four years prior experience with a proven track record of growth is preferred.
AS or BS in a business program is preferred. Directly applicable experience may be considered in lieu of
a formal degree program.

Responsibilities:
The Client Relationship Associate is responsible for the continued client satisfaction growth of fiVISION
existing clients. This includes:
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing clients
- Recommendations for existing client site improvements
- Working closely with the implementation team on identifying and qualifying opportunities for new
- Overseeing the relationship with fiVISION clients
- Keeping clients updated on the latest products.
- Understanding key client individual needs and developing strategies to address
- Knowing our competition and strategizing accordingly
- Participate and/or lead new client demos or meetings as needed as a backup business
- Identifies account opening trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events,
- Tracks current clients and their accomplishments. Develop testimonials.
- Evaluate other sites for ideas to add to our product
- Refine the fiVISION website content
- Discovers and explores business opportunities
- Work with internal staff to define and frame new account opening enhancements.
- Identify and recommend new interfaces
- Demo product (webinar) and follow up with existing clients for their improvement and add-on
- Works with the implementation team to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

The Client Relationship Associate’s role utilizes the following disciplines, and an understanding of each is
required. Two to four years prior experience with a proven track record of growth is preferred.
- Understand existing Client satisfaction and support excellence
- Experience with credit union or bank relationship management
- Understanding the online banking/account opening process is a plus
- Ability to Identify areas for improvement for existing fintech clients
- Project management principles and practices
- Proposal development for clients adding services or products
