Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager performs a lead role in the project management function within fiVISION
new and existing clients. This includes the following:

advanced understanding of each being required. 3 years of prior experience in a client PM or technical
support role is required.
AS or BS in a technology program is preferred. Directly applicable experience may be
considered in lieu of a formal degree program.

Responsibilities
The Technical Project Manager performs a lead role in the project management function within fiVISION
new and existing clients. This includes the following:
- Manages client projects (Project Manager -new and existing client projects)
- Engages fiVISION staff as needed to implement client projects
- Analyze customer requirements and provide technical support to end-users, assisting with
- Oversee project planning and execution, coordinate project resources, allocate tasks, and
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and
- Response to and initial triage of incoming support and information requests from clients
- Facilitates resolution of support requests if possible, including both training and configuration
- Assist in the providing technical and business use case support to new client sales
- Engages fiVISION staff as necessary to resolve issues
- Update Help Guide as appropriate
- Assist with the management of support cases as needed
- Internal testing of new releases and projects
- Site visits to clients as needed or desired for client success
- Maintains product user and administration documentation
- Provide product feedback and improvement ideas to Product team

The following technical disciplines are utilized in the Technical Project Manager role with an
advanced understanding of each being required. 3 years of prior experience in a client PM or technical

- Oversee project planning and execution, coordinate project resources, allocate tasks, and

- A working knowledge or understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, technical documentation, and
- Ability to determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and
- Working knowledge of deploying Financial Services technology
- Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Zendesk or similar case management tools
- Familiarity with multiple browsers, SaaS and office automation tool
- Experience with website design, CSS, Vuejs and other configuration tools a plus
- Organizational sharing experience
